The Southern Field Days are giving you the option to have your name on a lane at the Field Days.

 

What a purchaser of a lane will get out of this - using green lane as an example:-
⦁ All announcements for that section over the PA during the field days of the green lane would be known as “Sponsors” Green Lane
⦁ On all maps it would be printed “Sponsors” Green Lane
⦁ Other exhibitors could use this in their advertising. “Site 123 on Sponsors Lane”
⦁ Sign posts at the end of the Lanes with their sign on.
⦁ Sign to be 800mm long by 600m can be on each end of the lane. Supplied by the Sponsor
⦁ Being part of the field days.
⦁ Raises the Exhibitors profile
We will be splitting the Field Days into 5 paddocks this year to enable us to have bigger maps in the catalogue as you will see from the site map on the website. The section of lanes can be purchased per paddock.

Those who want to bid will need to be registered with the field days and receive a number. To receive your number fill out the registration form below. An auction board will be posted on our website. The Auction Board will be update every two days for the first two weeks and increased as required. Conditions of sale will also be posted. Starting bid $500 Minimum bid $200

Registration
⦁ Register with the secretary by filling out the registration form for the auction on the website
⦁ You may only register if you are an exhibitor at the Field Days
⦁ You must be over the age of 18.
⦁ You will be issued with a buyers number for your use only.
⦁ All bids will be e-mailed to ⦁ sfd@farmside.co.nz and include your buyer number.

Rules of registration.
⦁ Act honestly and in good faith.
⦁ Do not try to manipulate bidding (including through false bids).
⦁ Only register once obtaining only one number.
⦁ The field days committee and their families or friends will not bid on the auction to raise the price or create an artificial bidding war.
⦁ Only your number and your bid are visible
⦁ Bids will go up after 5pm every two days and maybe more regularly closer to the close of the auction should it be required.
⦁ An online auction sale contract occurs between the Southern Field Days and the purchaser at the close of the auction.
⦁ At the time auction closes the highest bid by that purchaser is the highest bid of the auction.
⦁ We will not enter into any disputes.
⦁ We reserve the right to add, remove, or alter any part of the auction at any stage.
⦁ Sale closes 23 October 2015 – Online maps will be updated over the following week having the sponsor’s name added.
⦁ All bids include GST and will be invoiced at the end of the auction.
⦁ All lanes must be paid for in full within 14 days of the auction.
